What have your local neighbourhood team done in your area this week?

PCSO attended stevens park and set up a crime prevention stand at the pop up café with the pirates themed event. We was giving free crime prevention goodies and advice to help prevent/reduce crime. 

PCSO and PC also attended a meeting with friends of Wollescote park in relation to concerns raised for the park.  

PCOSs and PCs have conducted foot and vehicle patrols in the area for high visibility.

Theft of motor vehicle at Sandhurst avenue 31/08/26 

Theft from motor vehicles at Mary stevens hospice 02/09/26    

Criminal damage to a building at archers court 02/09/26

Criminal damage to vehicle ham lane 06/09/26 

Crime prevention advice.

faraday pouch for keyless cars to block the signal from the key when not using the car.

Lock car doors when you are not using it.

Lock your homes in the night or when going out.

Leave a light on in the night when your not home to make it seem the home is not empty.

CCTV for home address this is great for evidence especially for police but also as a deterrent.

Community engagements events arranged for residents to attend.

Police surgery at chawn hill church on 01/10/26 at 13:30 - 14:30, this is for residents to raise non urgent concerns they may have or seek advice. Also happy to have a general chat and a cup of tea.
